3 Mantras To Adopt That Will Make Your Life Easy

We tend to make our lives more difficult than it should be, thinking that the more complex it becomes, the harder we are trying to make things work, and the better it will feel when it actually does work. Well this is not true!

Life has been simple from the beginning of humanity. However, the emotional evolution humans went through which led to the development of the ego complicated the entire process of life.

I want to share with you three mantras to adopt to return balance and simplicity into your life:

1 – Don’t take life too seriously

Because this is when you start killing the joy in everything you do. If you were travelling and had a specific plan of what places you wanted to visit and you didn’t check off the entire list, who gives a damn!  What I’m trying to say is shift your mind from focusing on what you missed out on, to what you actually saw, admired and experienced. Give each and every situation in life no more than it deserves and then turn the page and move on to the next awesome chapter in your life.

2 – Express and impress only your beautiful self

Live every minute of your life by expressing the unique you in every way possible, in the way you talk, the tone of voice you use, the outfits you choose to wear, to the way you move your body. This will impress and compliment your inner soul and it will start shining so bright everyone around you will start wondering what the hell happened to you.

3 – Nothing is personal

Stop thinking that everyone who cuts you off on the road hates you, or that if your colleague doesn’t say good morning it’s because you did something wrong, or if a cup of coffee spills on your shirt is because the universe is conspiring against you. Let go of these thoughts and you will live a life free from conflict.

Live a life of simplicity, of love, of joy, of all the values that make a human life whole.

“If you can’t explain it to a six-year-old, you don’t understand it yourself.”

― Albert Einstein
