Momentum

Do you know those moments when you just feel you are on a role, you are on fire, and you are just burning up with energy! It’s in those moments that you are most confident and productive.

But, what usually happens is that a couple of hours later or a day later, you start to lose that feeling, and you go back to operating at lower levels of energy.

So, the important question here is, how can you sustain this feeling for longer periods of time?

The answer is… by having momentum.

How do you have momentum?

− By continuous action towards your goals, let’s say you want to lose 40 pounds, having momentum is dieting not only for a week, but continuing the process of dieting until you reach your final weight goal.

− By practice, in order to reach your weight goal, you need to practice your physical habits and exercise routines on a daily basis, until it becomes integrated in your everyday life.

− By shifting your mindset and keeping focus on what is it that you are working towards, every time you look at yourself in the mirror, try to actually envision yourself 40 pounds lighter, feel it in your body and your physique.

And then, you will find yourself not only sustaining your level of energy but charging it and expanding it to higher levels of passion, productivity and achievement.

so, remember it’s all in the continuous actions we take, the more practice we get and the flexibility to shift our mindset.
